Agreement and Payment:
All Packages are a fixed price and include sales tax.
All online bookings will need to be approved to be secured.
Quotes are created based on the information the Client(s) provides Louise Corcoran Photography LLC.
A deposit is required to secure the session, this deposit contributes to the total price.
If a balance is still owed the full payment is due after the photography session is complete but not after the final product is received.
No finalized product will be provided until the balance is paid in full.
Payment is requested via an online invoice and is to be paid within one week of the issue date stated on the invoice.
Sales Tax will correspond with the County your session takes place in, i.e. Cuyahoga County Tax 8.00%, Medina County 6.75%.
Any commercial venue or establishment setting restrictions and/or rules should be passed onto Louise Corcoran Photography LLC 72 hours prior to the session date stated by the client.
The client should be prepared for additional time spent on camera setting adjustments, the exchange of camera equipment such as lenses, flash and reflectors during the session.
Louise Corcoran Photography LLC provides a service, tips are not required they are always appreciated.
Louise Corcoran Photography LLC requests the client to leave a Google or Facebook review once their services are complete.

Services:
Louise Corcoran Photography LLC promises to provide professional high resolution digital images.
All images with a watermark will be arranged into a viewable galley for the client. Image adjustments requested by the client can be made at this time.
Please allow a 2 week turn around for images to be available for viewing by the client.
Once the final product has been delivered, it is the client's responsibility to protect and retain their images.
The engraved USB flash drives flat rate price of $35.00, USB will include all purchased digital images.
The engraved USB flash drive will be ordered once all digital images are selected by the Client(s).
The engraved USB flash drive comes with a gift box included.
Professional prints are available in sizes 5x7 inches - $5.00 per print and 8x10 inches - $7.00 per print.
Images can be purchased individually and are priced at $15.00 per image plus Tax.

Travel & Session time:
Any Louise Corcoran Photography LLC Package and session includes travel within 15 miles around Berea, Ohio, any location outside of a 15 mile radius from Berea, OH will have an additional travel charge of $35.00.
A 20 minute buffer is applied to all sessions, any time past this 20 minutes the customer will be charged an hourly rate of $100 per hour, i.e. 35 minutes overtime is $58.45 extra

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
A booking deposit is required for all sessions and packages.
A 24 hour grace period to allow for session cancellations and deposit returns.
The 24 hour grace period starts as soon as the session is booked.
A one time rescheduling policy allows the Client(s) to use their deposit toward a rescheduled session provided it is scheduled within the following 2 weeks of the previous session date.
If the Client(s) cannot reschedule within the 2 weeks period of the previous session date for any reason the deposit will serve as a cancellation fee.
Headshots: A one time rescheduling policy allows the Client(s) to use the session payment toward a rescheduled session provided it is scheduled within the following 2 weeks of the previous session date.
If the Client(s) cannot reschedule within the 2 weeks period of the previous session date for any reason the session payment price of $90 will serve as a cancellation fee.
Real Estate: A one time rescheduling policy allows the Client(s) to use the session payment toward a rescheduled session provided it is scheduled within the following 2 weeks of the previous session date.
If the Client(s) cannot reschedule within the 2 weeks period of the previous session date for any reason the session payment price will serve as a cancellation fee.

Disclosure:
Failure to check the “Agree to the terms and conditions” check box will void the Photography Agreement.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions in this contract agreement the client agrees to Louise Corcoran Photography LLC's terms and conditions and all information the client has provided in this form is correct and filled out to the best of the client's ability.
This agreement requires the input of basic information and signatures from the client.
