Construction and renovation is done, staging is complete and now all that's left is to list, post and share on your socials. Not like your traditional real estate photography, my shots are a more detailed oriented, picking up on the accents in your design choices to help sell those homes and create content and build your websites and portfolio. Investment price starts at $150, this include a minimum online gallery of 50 images and 100 image maximum. Package price is dependent on the type of property and it's location. Feel free to get in touch to learn more. A flat travel fee of $35 will apply to properties located 15 miles outside of Berea, OH. After booking is complete a brief questionnaire about your session and Louise Corcoran Photography's Terms & Conditions will be sent via emailed, completion of the form and a signature is required to proceed with the session.
